Please note: If you have to withdraw your application (eg if your visa application is refused) we will deduct a £100.00 administration charge from the deposit refund. You must request a refund in writing, accompanied by official confirmation of visa refusal. This applies only to students who have not arrived in the country or enrolled on their chosen course.
You must be in possession of an appropriate visa, which is valid for the whole period of study, before starting your course at Southgate College. It is your responsibility to obtain an appropriate visa. If you abandon your course because of problems with your visa you are not entitled to a refund.
We make every possible effort to run all the courses in this prospectus. However, Southgate College reserves the right to cancel subjects or courses at any time if they prove to be non-viable or for any reason which lies outside the College’s control, and to alter fees, dates and times and reschedule classes if this becomes necessary.
We welcome feedback about the College. If you have a suggestion or complaint, please talk to your teacher/tutor in the first instance, if you have started your course, or talk to Admissions (main reception) if you have not yet started your course.
