Help in Choosing a Future
What level should your child study?
If your child knows exactly what they want to do, then helping to choose a course may not be necessary, but a lot of students have no idea. At Southgate College our professionally trained careers advisers help children and parents to know what options are available and what they may want to consider.

We offer a range of qualifications. Parents often get confused about what they actually mean. The academic route is no longer the only path to success. The vocational path is popular and represents a highly regarded alternative. We also support Apprenticeships. The table and information below highlight the qualifications and levels they represent.

We also hold open days for throughout the year, offering both you and your child the chance to sit with teachers from every department and ask them questions about the courses. Click here to see when the next open day is due.

Further information can be gained by calling Admissions on 020 8982 5050.
