Please complete all sections of the form as fully as possible. Include any (certified) copies of the qualifications, including IELTS level 5.5 or TOEIC 650-800 points and a copy of your passport details.

All applications should be supported by a reference. Please forward this part of the application form to your chosen referee. Your referee may return it separately to the College.

Please include a sample of your written English on a separate piece of paper so that we can assess the level of your English - the sample could tell us, for example, why you wish to study at Southgate College and what your future ambitions are. Please ensure that this sample is an accurate reflection of your current level of English.

Before you send us your application, please check you have included everything:

• Completed application form
• Certified copies of any academic certificates
• Reference form if complete - may be returned separately
• Sample of written English
• Copy of your Passport
• IELTS level 5.5 or TOEIC 650-800 qualification

We will process your application as soon as we receive your completed application pack. If you are in the UK, we will then invite you for an interview with a member of the course team. If, however, you are based overseas, your application will be considered without an interview.

If we accept your application we will send you a conditional offer letter. Your place will be conditional upon the College receiving the deposit for your tuition fees and any outstanding exam results.

Once you have met the conditions in your conditional offer letter, ie payment of the deposit and, if required, exam results, we will confirm your place by sending you an unconditional offer letter. This letter confirms that you have a guaranteed place, stating the dates when your course starts and ends.
