No matter how large or small your organisation, apprenticeships enable you to develop your already experienced workers. Through an apprenticeship programme they will gain industry-standard qualifications while working within your business environment.

We offer apprenticeship training to employees aged 16 and over in a wide range of sectors including:

• Motor Vehicle (Body/Paint and Maintenance/Repair)
• Construction
• ICT
• Hospitality
• Sport

All apprentices will be fully supported by experienced qualified staff to ensure they achieve their NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification, plus a sector-specific Technical Certificate. They will also receive help to develop their communication, numeracy and IT skills, ensuring they are able to satisfy sector designated skills standards.

For employers looking for apprentices, Southgate College have qualified, highly skilled students who have already completed part of their apprenticeship and need workplace experience to help them gain the full apprenticeship qualification.
